2. How do I know if a space is available for my preferred time?
You can check a space's availability directly on its listing page by selecting your desired date and time slot. The system will automatically show whether the space is available or booked. If your preferred time is available, you can proceed to book instantly or submit a booking request depending on the space settings.
3. Can I pay a deposit instead of the full amount when booking?
The space host decides whether partial payments or full payments are required. When a deposit option is enabled, you can pay the required amount to secure your booking. The system will automatically generate an invoice for the deposit and notify both you and the space host. The remaining balance can be paid through the website or directly at the space, if agreed.
4. How do I cancel a booking?
A booking can be canceled depending on its status. If the booking is already confirmed, the host can cancel it from their dashboard under "My Bookings," and the system will notify you automatically by email. If the booking is still pending approval, you can cancel it yourself, which removes it from both dashboards. Please check the space's cancellation policy before booking.
